At Y Scouts we have the unique opportunity to learn about the cultures and workplaces of the organizations we work with as part of our executive search process.

A core part of any organization are their core values. The core values at Y Scouts aim to share our beliefs, our personality, our story and serve as internal ways to guide our actions and behaviors.

Our first core value, “Build The Plane As We Fly It” serves as a belief that we are risk-takers and adventurers and are always looking for how we can push ourselves and our company to the level of what’s possible.

Our last core value, “Tequila!” complements our belief that recognizing each other for our contributions is an essential ingredient to our success (Plus, we’ve been known to take a celebratory shot here and there).
