He earned his B.A. in Communication from San Diego State University, where he developed the relationship-building instincts that would come to define his career. He got his start in recruiting at MGA Healthcare, placing healthcare professionals across the country, before joining ConnectPoint Search Group, where he spent more than eight years as an Executive Recruiter specializing in accounting, finance, and HR leadership.
Over nearly a decade in executive search, Tyler has led confidential searches spanning mid-management through the C-suite for both growth-stage and established organizations. He has advised clients on compensation strategy, market trends, and talent structure while building a deep network of high-performing professionals across public accounting, private industry, real estate, construction, and professional services.
