Noah is a Business Development Associate at Y Scouts. He was drawn to Y Scouts for its belief that the right leader in the right role can transform an entire organization – a lesson he learned firsthand competing in high-level team environments.
Noah grew up in Phoenix, Arizona before heading to Southern Methodist University and later transferring to Gonzaga University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.
As a member of the Gonzaga Men’s Soccer team, he’s spent his college career balancing Division I athletics with a full academic load – building the discipline, coachability, and competitive drive he now brings to connecting PE firms and scaling companies with purpose-aligned leadership talent.
Outside of work and school, Noah enjoys staying active, competing on the pitch, and spending time with friends and family.
