Daniel Ratschkowsky

Search Director

My favorite core value is "learn relentlessly"

Daniel has been in consultative talent acquisition for over seven years where he has experience overseeing complex full-cycle talent acquisition programs to support the continued growth and evolution of small to enterprise-level organizations. he has experience supporting organizations across a variety of industries including Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Technology; with expertise in filling positions from Sr. Manager to C-Suite. He is passionate about finding and engaging talented leaders to help high-growth organizations continue to scale; as well as being a true consultant and advisor to his clients to enable them to develop high-performing leadership teams that are in direct alignment with the mission, vision, and most importantly the core values of their organizations.

Daniel is a Search Director at Y Scouts, and performs Executive Level searches utilizing Y Scout’s robust purpose-driven approach to hiring. Daniel partners directly with clients to both define and align the vision and success outcomes for their roles, and implements a covert search process to identify and engage leaders that not only have the relevant functional expertise but most importantly are culturally aligned with our client’s organizations.

Daniel was born in Colorado and has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Denver. Go Pioneers! During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiance, reading non-fiction, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and attempting to learn to ski. (Yes, that’s right, Daniel is a Colorado native and is terrible at skiing. It’s a sore subject for him, and he hopes to change this 2023).

  • Enjoys options trading, and is starting to explore currency and commodities trading.
  • Not a fan of ice cubes in any of his drinks
