As a Search Director, you will ultimately be accountable for the overall success of the search, relationships with our clients, market research, candidate presentation and business development. Bringing previous search experience to the team, you will help shape the future of Y Scouts through connecting people to work that matters, assessing and improving business operations, leading a small team and developing your practice area into a world-class business unit. Executive Search Consultant

As a Search Consultant at Y Scouts, you’ll be responsible for successfully partnering with the Search Director to execute senior-level leadership search projects in a variety of industries. Ultimately, you’re responsible for managing the search strategy, engagement, and overall candidate experience. Connecting executive-level talent to Y Scouts mission of connecting people to work that matters.
