My favorite core value is “gratitude”
Shannon embarked on her journey in the retained executive search field in 2010, following an 11-year career in the Financial Services industry. Her transition led her to quickly cultivate a profound admiration and a fervent dedication to the intricacies of meeting the needs of numerous managing directors, making it evident that this was the industry in which she could flourish as an Executive Assistant. She continued her path by providing support to Lead Partners at multiple search firms before temporarily veering into the realm of retail start-ups. After exploring this space for a few years, she made the decision to return to her passion for Executive Search, ultimately bringing her to Y Scouts.
During her free time, Shannon takes pleasure in traveling with her husband, lending her support to her daughter's Esthetics business (because who can resist a relaxing facial), and cheering for her young adult son at Special Olympics events.
