Big news! Y Scouts has just hired a new Managing Director. We’re thrilled to welcome Jessica Combs to our team!
Jessica has been working in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, with previous experience at Robert Walters, SHL (previously part of Gartner), McDermott + Bull, and Tide Rock. She holds a JD from Western State College of Law and started her career as an attorney. She later pivoted to recruiting and earned her SPHR.
After a decade of working across the agency, in-house, and private equity environments in recruitment, Jessica decided to pursue more meaningful, purpose-driven work. She read our book, Hiring on Purpose, and learned about the Y Scouts model—and knew she wanted to be part of a company that empowers organizations to align hiring strategies with their values.
As our new Managing Director, Jessica will help our clients uncover leaders who believe in a greater purpose. She’s guided by the Hiring on Purpose philosophy that “People are the only sustainable competitive advantage in today’s ever-changing business world.”
