An east coast native, Salina studied Operations and Information Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst. She then moved to the Washington, DC area to begin her career as a tech consultant helping government clients implement new finance and procurement systems. After going back to school for her MBA, she pivoted to executive search for clients looking to fill finance, engineering, and product roles. Salina lives in Seattle, WA with her husband.
