Jenae Nichols

Jenae Nichols has a passion for continuous learning and building quality relationships. Over the course of her career, Jenae has been known as the “swiss-army knife” with a knack for organizing and bringing fresh ideas to problem-solving. She is both a good talker and a good listener. She will optimistically interact with people in an assured, diplomatic and poised manner.

Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, home of the last Blockbuster and craft IPA’s, Jenae discovered her appreciation for people and the planet. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Nonprofit Administration (SCO Ducks!). Following graduation, Jenae moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, to continue to grow and gain new perspectives.

Jenae was drawn to Y Scouts B Corp status, and the mission of aligning purpose-driven leaders to work that matters. At Y Scouts, Jenae works on key initiatives to facilitate demand generation, client onboarding, and help drive internal operations. She is dedicated to improving brand awareness and building relationships with purposeful executives.

In her spare time, Jenae gives her time and energy to her community. She is on the Board of Directors for the state chapter of Arizona NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws). She seeks sociable interactions and enjoys the uniqueness of each human
being.
