We don’t do placements. We align leaders and work. Placement is a cold top-down approach, focusing on resumes and filling empty seats. By hiring on purpose, we take the broken vertical model and flip it on its side, creating horizontal alignment between leader and company. We bridge the gap between business’ purpose and a leader’s passions and strengths. It is purposeful and methodical and driven by empathy. It’s why we exist.

Being an attentive and mission-driven communicator is something I am constantly striving for. I am a ‘glass-half-full’ individual with a passion for cultivating joyful, impactful relationships.

Originally from Bend, Oregon, the home of the last Blockbuster and craft IPA’s, I love to experience new opportunities. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Nonprofit Administration (SCO Ducks!). I moved to Arizona following graduation to continue to grow and gain new perspectives.

Throughout college, I held the role of an AppleCare Advisor where I helped inspire and troubleshoot technical issues for loyal customers. I also worked with Volunteers in Medicine Clinic to provide strategic communication services. Ensuring genuine, authentic connections are key.

I am ecstatic to work at Y Scouts where Purpose is put first and the values align with my own.
