Scott Jagodzinski has earned a reputation as a savvy and accomplished C-level leader with expertise in building company strategy and structure to achieve continued growth in competitive markets. His progressive experience has led to resounding success across his 30+ year career, including a wide array of CEO, Director, and entrepreneurial roles. Easily able to move from high-level planning and visioning to hands-on execution and leadership, he ensures that companies and investors enjoy the best possible results.

Since 2014, Scott has committed himself to driving excellence as the Co-Founder and Chairman of Alchemy365, where he and his co-founders established and continue to grow a unique group fitness concept. Leveraging unique marketing – including extensive social media presence – has enabled the company to achieve rapid expansion and drive a record of $4M in revenue in 2019. Alchemy365 now ranks #629 in the 2019 Inc. 5000 List. Scott led the Ventures group at GoKart Labs and pivoted the strategy from investing in startups to creating startups with large enterprises. Among his peers, Scott is known for innovative problem-solving, capacity to leverage technologies, ability to drive key business opportunities, and tireless work ethic.

Bolstering these achievements are Scott’s exemplary educational qualifications. These include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

In his free time, he enjoys working with young entrepreneurs, reading 1-2 books a month, working out at Alchemy365 or any gym with a pull-up bar, and Dry Creek Valley wines.
