We don’t do placements. We align leaders and work. Placement is a cold top-down approach, focusing on resumes and filling empty seats. By hiring on purpose, we take the broken vertical model and flip it on its side, creating horizontal alignment between leader and company. We bridge the gap between business’ purpose and a leader’s passions and strengths. It is purposeful and methodical and driven by empathy. It’s why we exist.

Rob was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from St Norbert College in De Pere, WI, with a Bachelors in Sociology, focusing on Human Services. He started his career holding Manager and Account Executive roles in the Chicago-area.

After moving to Dallas, TX, is when he found his true career path in the recruiting industry. He spent almost 4 years as an IT recruiter supporting clients in both the Dallas and Chicago markets, as well as nationally. Home is something he will always cherish and he’s since moved back to Chicago in 2020, joining the Y Scouts team in 2021.
