It has been often said that if you choose a profession where you love what you do, it will never (or at least for the most part) seem like actual work. Now being able to not only place people in their potential dream job with companies that not only are striving to make a difference, but doing it on a platform (Y Scouts) that has a foundational purpose is the absolute perfect (career) storm for me.

I am originally from California, and attended California Polytechnic School-San Luis Obispo— GO MUSTANGS! I obtained a B.S. in International Management, along with an Economics minor. Early on in my career I found the staffing industry absolutely intriguing, not just for the ability to work with some amazing companies but to also be able to work with AND help individuals find work. Whether it was a contingent workforce company, or a direct placement in a VP-Level position, the satisfaction and gratitude of both my client & the candidate fueled my day-to-day.

Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside not just industrial-type companies, but also been onsite at some amazing startups, along with some of the largest technical companies (in their respective field) in the world!  I am beyond ecstatic to fuse these experiences, along with the ‘Y Scout Purpose-Driven Way’, to continue to make a difference in purpose-driven entities, and most importantly, discovering the human beings behind that RESUME!
