Emily is a Cleveland native and graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a BA in Public Relations and Communication. She started her career in finance and banking then transitioned into Real Estate and Non-Profit search in 2018.
Since joining YScouts, Emily has found her niche in professional services; namely working with professional, coaching, training, and education organizations. She takes great pride in her ability to provide these growing organizations with impactful leadership including CEOs, COOs, CTOs, and more.
Emily has proven success in pairing her clients with ideal candidates by having an in-depth understanding of her client's needs and culture as well as utilizing a rigorous candidate screening and relationship-building process.
Emily is passionate about supporting underserved communities and providing services to those in need. She frequently participates in volunteerism and the charity nearest and dearest to her heart is the Cleveland Kids Book Bank which has provided over 1 million books to children in need across the greater Cleveland area.

- Emily is an avid painter and embroiderer and loves to create art.
- Emily volunteers at her local farmers market and loves experimental cooking utilizing fresh local ingredients.
- In her spare time, Emily writes short children’s stories with the hope of publishing her series in the future.
